OVERNIGHT GUEST RULES & REGULATIONS

Most important rule DO NOT PULL, PARK OR BLOCK THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY.  ALSO NO PARKING ON ANY GRASS.

2. Guests are responsible for their own safty

3. Reckless, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund

4. Do not move, remove, or tamper with objects

5. No illegal substances, or alcohol if your impaired you may be removed 

6. No smoking or vaping inside the building you can smoke outside in designated area.

7. No burning candles, incense, fog machines or pyrotechnics

8. No high-powered sound devices or blasting music inside or outside.

9. Pay attention to the exit areas in case of emergency

10. clean up personal belongings before checkout make sure lights are all turned off.

11. Guests are responsible for personal belongings please do a walk through make sure you have everything.

12. We are in a residential area PLEASE keep your voices low the neighbors might call the police on you.

IMPORTANT: if a noise complaint is received from neighbors or local authorities, the responsible guest(s) will be held liable. This may result in: 

Immediate removal from the property

Termination of the overnight stay 

No refund

Possible involvement of local authorities if warranted

Respect for surrounding community is non-negotiable and essential to preserving overnight access to the Temple/

13. NO CLEANSINGS OR BLESSING we love our spirits and if you get rid of them what's the point of investigating here

14. No refunds are given if you decide not to show or cancel your ghost hunt. You can reschedule to another date.

We do have comfy cots to sleep on. we DO NOT have any pillows or blankets you must bring your own.

We do have bottled water for you to drink.
