When making a reservation once the deposit is made it is non-refundable we understand things happen in life you can change the date and use the deposit for that. if you don't show up or call you automatically lose your deposit.
With sleeping here, we provide comfy cots they are like beds, but we DO NOT provide pillows or blankets you have to bring your own,
We do have heat in the building, also WIFI.
There will be bottled water and coffee for our guests
